Friendly staff. Large room. Did not avail myself of the spa though.
Slow draining tub/shower (gross) which was never cleaned in my three days there.

Helpful reception staff, fair sized comfortable room with a balcony, free safe for valuables in room. Easy free public car parking next to hotel. Free wi fi but some internet facilities were blocked. We overlooked the large public carpark but there were fine mountain views beyond it. Just a few minutes walk into the town centre.
No welcome tray. No information on the cost of breakfast. We were charged for breakfasts and car parking, that we didn't have, on checkout - other reviewers have noted the same - be aware!!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always offering assistance with a smile. the hotel had great facilities, including a lovely bar area where we enjoyed drinks by the fire. the location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. being connected to the thermal spa was a major advantage, as we could relax and unwind after a day on the mountain.
The pool area was quite small and had an unpleasant odor. There also wasn't enough space to lounge around.

Location
Before the visit I checked many websites that stated there was a swimming pool to use. The pool is in the spa next door (the 'cave' looking one in the pictures), and you have to pay to use it! You can use the thermal pool, but don't go around lunchtime as it is shut!! We were told several different stories about the hotel clients useage of the pool and I must say both the staff at the spa and the hotel were very unhelpful, (we had our towels around us while everyone else had robes). Also check your bill on the way out as we were charged breakfast, which we didn't have and they wanted to charge us 17 euros for one night car parking until I found it was free just outside!! Also our booking was for a double room and we had two singles........

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, offering advice on cycling routes and even calling a cafe to ensure our safety. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the town center and with beautiful views. The breakfast was superb and worth the price. The hotel had great facilities, including a well-equipped bike area.
Nothing all excellent.

Very well appointed hotel - cosy appearance (even in the height of summer!) and conveniently situated to centre of the busy little town. Good parking

Great value for money, excellent location only a short walk from the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with walking maps and bike tools. The breakfast was superb and had a wide selection of food to choose from.
The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms made it difficult to sleep during the hot weather. Additionally, the bike area was too small and didn't have any lockable facilities. This made it difficult to find a secure location for our bikes.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location near the bus stop and town centre, surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery. the rooms are tidy with a magnificent view and the buffet breakfast is delicious and tasty. the hotel provides walking maps of the nearby area and an onsite ski hire facility.
The free Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and there was only one room key available.
